Payments and Cancellations

  • Full payment must be received no later than 7 full days before the order deadline. Our commitment to delivering perfection demands significant time and effort. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in our inability to complete your order.

  • All custom orders are final. Due to their unique and labor-intensive nature, cancellations are not accepted, and payments are non-refundable once an order is placed and paid for.

  • No changes can be made to your order after payment. Upon order placement and payment, we immediately initiate all necessary preparations, which may include declining other orders, scheduling decorators, and purchasing specific materials.

  • Once your order has left our store, Candied and Creations by Ave is no longer responsible for it.
